Went here with my dad to buy tuxedo shirts. He spoke on the phone with Destiny and she was so convincing and helpful that we drove 40 minutes for this particular store. She was the absolute sweetest and very very helpful with making sure everything fit well and looked right! Loved the store itself, everything was well organized. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for some great quality suits with even better quality employees!

Destiny was absolutely amazing! She has a very talented eye. From the moment I shared my size with her, she went right to work and corrected me and changed what I thought was my size lol. She educated me, gave me some excellent recommendations, and shared her HONEST opinions with me, which I REALLY appreciate. I had a wonderful FIRST TIME experience at Jos. A. The customer service here is amazing! They greet you the second you walk in and are willing to do whatever it takes to get you in and out of the store efficiently! Went in on a whim to get a suit for our high school senior’s prom since he is picky about the fit and was looking for something a bit hard to find off the rack. The place was quiet and organized when we walked in, we were greeted immediately by Jesse and he asked all the right questions. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. It was a great experience all around and would recommend to others.
